A wonderfully animated open for the 1980's BBC comedy program Jeeves and Wooster, staring Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry. If anyone has information on who animated this, please let me know, as I'd like to give them credit.

Definitely Jazz. Early Jazz. The entire movement with Art Deco in the 1920's and 1930's was referred to as the "Jazz Age".
The intro for Jeeves and Wooster was done in such a clever and original way. Pure Jazz with Art Deco graphics.
