  • @jodhan23 there's a difference between scullcrushers and frenchpresses, his form on the scullcrushers are ok if he went behind his head it would be called french press

  • such poor form for his skull crushers. should put the bar almost behind his head so the weight is focussed on triceps rather than elbows. common mistake

  • Your movement must be more slowly, your weight more heavy; only in this way you'll be biger & stronger!!!
