Its a piece of art, they should leave it the way it is, it would be a sin to chance it after 20 years, plus the local hobos would be devastated.

thanks for a great video, The house is spectacular, a real work of art. Beautiful mosaic like construction. There is no way anyone in their right mind could destroy that. Maybe a structural engineer can do a pro bono or low cost analysis... maybe a school of engineering / architecture department / student could take this on as a project.

What does HE want to do? Sell or complete it? Any other pertinent facts?
Anyone who tears this down should be scrutinized with the utmost contempt.
