  • Nice vid. I don't doubt that it's effective. I practice WT in Denmark. We would just chain punch him in the face in a situation like that. Anyway, i like your videos.

  • nicenice.., but it works better if you place your hand inside the elbow, and than fold the elbow, when you do that, you have a better 'lever'-effect. so that you can bring more pain, with less power.
