While waiting for the UP 1989 in Stockton, I saw a very short BNSF train pulling piggyback trailers. I'm paraphrasing the term "B Train Shorty" from the popular N scale sized Japanese model trains.

  • Lot of hp for a short train.

  • Man I hope that 17.600 hp was enough! :-0

    Nice video.

  • Nice video, short Z train, excellent audio!!!!

  • Nice one, BNSF can afford to power up their trains thanks to Warren Buffet!

  • Great audio. Excellent video.

  • I used to work in Pittsburg along this line and it never ceased to amaze me the number of engines BNSF had pulling short trains. I also live along the SP/UP line and maybe see three engines for 100+ cars. It is quite a contrast. Great video.

  • Wow, thats rediculous

  • Wow! :)

  • Nice.

  • BNSF loves to over power their trains. That's awesome!
