@ruth7784 About 300 years old. No ghosts though. It used to be a catholic boys school though it started off as the village doctor's house.

That little soprano has the best sound to it! Great playing on this. The funny thing is I think I lived in that house when I was younger! haha

@PeteyMack64 The Kiwaya mahogany soprano have a superb sound. about as good as it gets. They are almost too responsive.
