What you can do is take multiple layers of cardboard and drill holes in them and put a metal screw rod through it. Tighten it together with a washer and a wing nut. This will compress many layers of cardboard together and will be very sturdy.

Why use metal screws when you can use organic glues for holding the sheets together? :0) Don't you think it's a bit in contradiction with the sustainable theme?

unreal..keep up da good work..u should let people know of da locations 2 pick up this industrial cardboard..as it is not ready available 2 da public ?..great stuff.
