In England, players cannot sign for pro football Clubs until the beginning of the U9 season. Every year, the newly signed U9 Academy boys at Bristol City are rewarded with an exhibition session on the main pitch at half-time on the day of the first home game. This season it was at Home to Crystal Palace on Saturday 15th August 2009, a game won in the last two minutes thanks to a Nicky Maynard strike. For the boys and their families, it will be an unforgettable experience. The songs were; Fat Les - Vindaloo; Kasabian - Club Foot and England Utd - On Top Of The World.

these kids have some talent. they were amazing especially for there age. funny watching them come back to there seats drenched from the sprinklers! :)

I have to admit, having seen plenty of players at this age group, this lot do seem a bit special. On their day, they can be fantastic. I think that they all enjoyed it, especially the sprinkler system!
