Given all the Japanese RPG music I've been playing, one would think I didn't play any other types of games. o_O

Well here's a brief cover of themes from two of Bethesda's RPGs. Fallout 3 theme is by Inon Zur and the Elder Scrolls main theme is by Jeremy Soule. I respect the works of these two composers very much.

Can't wait to go dragon slaying in Skyrim. Dovahkiin FTW. =)

  • Great as always. I haven't heard the original songs but that doesn't really matter. I know these versions are much better, by default!

  • @Bcutter ahh, thanks man. =) But I gotta say, the originals are so much cooler, haha.

  • Amazing stuff. Makes me appreciate the FO3 theme a lot more!

  • @Kiamet hehe, yeah I feel like it fits the game pretty well. While playing, I always felt torn between the in-game oldies radio music and the orchestral BGM.

  • This is EPIC

  • @CleverDjembe Thanks! I'm kind of a sucker for epic music. =)

  • Oblivion

  • This is fantastic. I usually opted out for the oldies music from the game, but it's impossible to miss this beautiful theme. How do you practice? I'd want to get some fraction of the talent you possess at piano.

  • Haven't even watched the vid yet...I'm giving thumbs up just because you said Dovahkiin FTW! lol

  • Excellent!

  • @Lavashield Yeah, the theme gets better every game. It's about time they busted out the epic choir.

  • @JonathanFBock Thanks - I'd love to hear your arrangement if you find the time to do it!

  • @3llianX Thanks! Yes, I agree that I need to work on the sustain and the volume...the piano tends to sound very muddy in my videos, especially in the bass registers. I will work on that - thanks for the advice. =)
