Let's put this issue at rest. Yes, in the video, it's mistakenly identified as Dream Machine. The original song was performed by Dream Academy. An honest mistake, I assure you, so thank you to everyone for pointing that out.

Also, it should be noted that the arrangement is from a cover by the group Sugarland.
