@MyNameIsHitz not about being happy, it's about some of the members of AOL wanting attention..it's fake! I love Guruji, but some of goings on in AOL like any other organization leave much to be desired.example,was at Quebec ashram Canada last summer, the same people selfishly would leave their mats, pillowsi n front of where he would be so that they could get there later in the morning.wouldn't have to rush for a spot near him, they were of course repeaters..so much for "ego"...

i didn't notice the laughing ... (not sure why) ... but, there were a couple pearls in this short clip ... my favorite was around problems ... they do seem to come one after the another, and they will rob you of your joy and energy ... and he said they will solve themselves and so often they do ... not that i don't take action but that i can take the action unmotivated by fear or accompany by drama ... very helpful thing to remember
