His style is so lose,I get so bored of highly polished Photoshop styles. Nothing beats actual real feel and look of real pencil-pens-brushes ! Excellent!

One of my favorite comic authors. I didn't like how the "Le sommeil du monstre" saga ended in "Quatre?", though. A very very dull ending.

Intriguing. I didn't think he was a "Layer Artist" (creates a sketch, colors it, uses the first sketch as the bottommost layer, sketches in another layer over the translucent color layer, lays down another color layer, uses that to thin out the previous layer, and so on). Sort of a cartoonists version of layered oil painting. Mixed media. It explains how he gets so much fine shaded and blended detail without destroying the lowest layers. I see why computer artists use this technique.
