Because there was no interest for foreign, sovereign powers to halt the monstrosity that was occurring in Rwanda, there was no interference. There was no Oil, that's why there was no NATO.

@lioneltabifor Indeed, I agree. When the world speaks of Africa, it speaks of tribes and clans as if Africans are still living in the dark ages. However, please remember that in the madness of the genocide, the Rwandan Muslims worked together to save as many Tutsis as they could, both Muslims and Christians. Just google " Rwandan Muslims save Tutsis ". In that darkness, there was light.

In all this game, the devil will lose and be accused of everything because the GOD don’t want any rivals. Conclusion: live at the full in the freedom of GOD (praying in a right form, following the INSTRUCTIONS in the Bible - keeping the 10 commandments - including keeping the Saturday as the 7th day etc.) instead of in the incapacity and limited power of devil because he is just a temporary puppet. 8000 INNOCENT PEOPLE were killed EVERYDAY for 100 days and the world sat back and watched in silence. A nation shed tears of blood but NO ONE answered. Young children had their futures slashed with machetes and NO ONE bothered. Just because we are African doesn't make us unimportant. We are ALL human beings made it the very image of God. SHAME on the world for not doing anything to help Rwanda when they needed help the most. May the innocent souls of the dead continue to Rest In Peace.
