  • The drives do not have to be the same capacity if you are using them as individual drives and not applying any implementation of RAID. If you are using RAID it is strongly recommended that you use drives of the same speed, capacity and make. If you do use different size drives on your raid setup then the largest drives usable space will be limited to the size of the smallest drive. (ex: raid 0 200gb + 200gb= 400 gb raid 0 250 gb + 500gb (only 250 Usable) = 500 gb array)

    Hopefully that clears

  • Thanks a lot for this video. I got the same laptop. If I upgrade another hard drive, is it going to be much more noisy and louder? Also, whats the name of that game that was played at end of this video, and was it played on P-7805u? Thanks!

  • The game was Crysis, I played it on the 6860

  • I just wonder How much does it score on vista?

  • Hi, I just got this same laptop.. What processors can I use to upgrade the existing one? Is there a certain stepping, or any P socket processor will work? Such I have seen are: t9500, t9300 and t9600.

  • Sorry for my stupid question but i have to ask, both hdd's have to be have the same capacity? i mean, my p7811 came with a 200gb hdd, can i buy a 360gb hdd and use it with the 200gb or am i limited to another 200 gb hdd?
