I remember them in a magazine when this game first came out.... I'm not sure which but I think it was EGM.

I honestly think finding most of these if not all of them is luck. As far as I know, there are no clues whatsoever about any of these out there. I still feel silly about not finding these after owning this game basically since it came out for snes.
