You don't wear a dress according to the color scheme of the Wedding. You wear the appropriate dress for the time of day the Wedding is being giving. i.e. weddings after 5 p.m. typically tend to be semi-formal to formal and are usually black tie.

This does not look like a wedding or a dress that I would wear to a wedding. It actually looks kinda like my shower curtin. I personally did not like it and I would especially not think to wear black to a wedding. Makeup looked great. Just my opinion.
