    I admit, Texas has great music programs. But that doesn't mean you can automatically say that Texas has the best musical performers. That's like saying that if you aren't from Texas, then you automatically aren't good, and unfortunately that attitude from Texas comes out WAY too much, and students from all over the country that work EXTREMELY hard at what they do don't seem to get any credit. Have you ever been to the All Eastern Music Festival/Conference? Pretty intense players. . . not from TX
