My wife and I won a flight tour of San Francisco Bay at a charity auction dinner for Dublin High School. We had a great time with a very experienced pilot in a Cirrus SR-20 single engine aircraft. We flew from Livermore Airport to Napa Valley Airport, and then from Napa Valley Airport back to Livermore Airport with a tour of the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown San Francisco and the Bay Bridge. This portion of the trip covers Livermore to Napa Valley and includes a take off from Livermore Municipal Airport and a landing at Napa Valley Airport. The weather was perfect. So a double win - we supported a great high school (Dublin High School) and had a romantic outing!
My dad and I and some friends used to fly KLVK to Napa valley every weekend in my Dad's Beech Duke. Sometimes we would do touch and gos at Buchanan Field in Concord or land and go see the Mothball Fleet. Great video
