The Gopro1 is suction mounted on the fairing and Gopro2 is on a handlebar mount. I used the 720p 60fps setting for both. The Hero2 seems a little better on clarity and colour. Will try another test on the 1080p setting soon

  • Do you think the GoPro2 is worth that little bit extra cash?

  • @kaiser9100 For the better colours, the extra 720p clarity and especially for the external mic, absolutely yes. :-)

  • Would that be a dangerous overtake at 5:44? causing the car to brake?

Love the footage, great as always :)

  • @MyBrilliantChannel ..Funnily enough, habit of the instructor in me, when I overtook him, I held my hand out to him. Look at my left arm drop in the reflection of my speedo at 5:54 lol

  • Sweet ride!, love the Tuono V4..

  • @cjhurrell So pleased I bought this bike, it makes me smile everytime I ride it. The sound has to be experienced live. :-D

  • @MyBrilliantChannel Well now the Car Driver knows his brakes are working properly :)

  • @robertwillmer dont, get the new stealth, The HD170 is the older model. Ive compared the two cameras. The Stealth HD is ok but not as good compared to the new go pro. ALl comes down to if u want a smaller camera or a more ovbious square one

  • Im hoping to get the drift hd170 stealth this xmas.

  • The Hero 2 gives a bit more clarity and vibrance to the colors. It also looks like it is more in focus, but that could be due to YT's recoding.

My suggestion, make the same run twice and swap camera's from their position, then you have a true 1-on-1 comparison (all but a small time difference). Moving an Action camera to a different position can make all the difference of the world. Why? Look at the size of the lens compared to your Digital SLR camera, it is a compromise. ;-)
