【材料】:草蝦1盒、番茄1顆、洋蔥1/4顆、蒜頭2顆、番茄醬4大匙、奶油1/4塊、糖2大匙、鹽適量、黑胡椒粉適量、米酒少許
【做法】:
1、先將蝦殼剝掉,用刀在蝦背剖開斷筋、去沙,保留完整頭部。
2、灑上一些鹽、米酒去腥;
3、番茄川燙去皮、半顆切碎備用,另外半顆切片擺盤;洋蔥切碎備用。
4、熱油鍋,將蝦煎熟,以米酒噴香之後起鍋。
5、用少許油,入洋蔥、蒜頭爆香,加入番茄醬、水煮勻;
6、加糖、番茄末、奶油攪拌勻。
7、放入煎好的蝦拌炒片刻,即可起鍋擺盤,完成「奶油茄汁大蝦」。
