Mr. Jerzy Buzek - registered by SB (communist security service in Poland) as a "TW" (secret collaborator) under two different code names: "Karol" and "Docent". After the "round table", a mystification that allowed the communists to stay in power after so called "transformation", he was one of prime ministers of a supposedly non-communist government. Yet his reforms (i.e. health care reform) dramatically increased number of bureaucrats of state administration in Poland.

I've watched that video to hear him saying "EU citizen" which would be a blunder, but HE DID NOT SAY IT. He said "inhabitants of Europe"!! That traslation was simply WRONG.
