I have recently decided to grow my hair so this video helped a lot.. and im glad you explained what foods can give you omega 3 coz i first thought fish (which i cant eat coz im a veggie) so finding out i can get that from almonds was good for me to know.. also about taking capsuled vitamins, iv found most capsules to be gelatine capsules which i wont take, does anyone know if you can buy capsuled multi vitamins that are gelatine free ?

@makeupforfun808 aw, thanks! It's the omega-3+joy from genuine health. They're great cuz they carry different versions that help target different issues (i.e. omega+pump, omega+glow, omega+think, etc) gonna try either the omega+fit or the omega+glow next! :)

They are around an inch or two longer than bra strap length, want them to grow to my hips.. I don't use absolutely no heat in my hair whatsoever, that's helps. Gtta go back to taking multivits n eating healthy. Great vid!
