3 barges betty & 482 the 5 we use to go in.... other ones are Norwegian Hulk etc.....

You can have currents between teh boats on some days, and it really gets rough then yes. But thats the times you need to wait until the current changes and then you can dive normally.
As for teh octopus, you do know you can't fish with compressed air on your back?

No problem,
it is a really good / safe diving place with plenty to see up to 20 meters. there are 5 wrecks I belive, and 3 of them they call the 3 stooges.
Anotehr very good dive close to Gib is tarifa.
