Watchmen trailer - Fan Made / Fan Film / Spoof (Full HD)

This is what we've been working on in our spare time. We re-created every shot except for the intense CG shots of the Owl ship and the last shot.

dude! im very impressed. im a film maker myself going to school for acting and film at the moment and i must say that out of all the self made special effects videos i've seen on youtube, this one was by far the best. Bravo. by the way, i was wondering what software you use and if you have any tutorials or anything that can help me?

@clintscrazylife yeah I use after effects and final cut pro.

everything I learned is from trial and error and video co pilot.

yeha we didnt have the real costume. It's actually a pink power ranger costume color corrected to orange.

Extremely impressive editing - especially the special effects. love to know how you did some of it - Do you recommend any after effects tutorials?

I learned everything I know from video copilot...also I just figured stuff out trial and error... which is a big part of special effects.
