@UrBaNScopeZz1 uhhh have u ever owned a parrot? I would go biking outside each day and my parrot would sit on my head, its wings are unclipped and it could fly away at any time... Parrots are not like other birds, and bond insanely well with people, better than dogs or cats. As a con they demand ridiculous amounts of attention. cockatoos are at the top for human/parrot bonds.. and no almost all parrots come from breeders so they weren't ever even in the wild....

@UrBaNScopeZz1 This bird looks totally tortured. I mean. Look how awful it's living conditions are. Safe from outside predators, has a family and humans that it's bonded with.. And that perch! Oh goodness, that awful perch. You can see how clearly this bird is being tortured, given the fact that the owner went out and bought a perch. Specifically for the bird. How... Thoughtless, you're right. OH. And the fact that this bird speaks English. Someone's neglecting it. For sure. o;
