And if you actually read the report, it was CIA who actually conducted the intel gathering in Iraq, MI6 had no participation at all, in fact, MI6 had no agents in Iraq. John Scarlett the head of MI6 was given the task to convince Blair and his cabinet to invade Iraq solely based on CIA's findings.

@Dogmeat1950 USA lied to UK to go to war with Iraq by feeding misleading information about the existence of WMD in Iraq, which the CIA knew as a fact that there was none. War in Iraq virtually ended Tony Blair's political career and ruined his popular support in Britain, about 180 British soldiers died in Iraq and the war caused UK millions of dollars, all to find WMD in Iraq, which never existed. I don't see Russia or China lying to each other to invade a foreign country.
