This is a longer example of the same tactic of running directly away from a mob you're kiting.

@swishabiz This was in the closed beta, back when that mob didn't completely destroy you like it does now.

And you never got hit by Paksique's 800+ ranged damage spell? Or did they add it later? I tried to kill him alone too, and while I kite quite well, I cant eat more than one of those big bowling balls he throws around...

Hahah yea, they added that after the Closed Beta at some point. I figured that out the hard way as well... ow :(

You can practice the same concept on any elite mob in the game that doesn't have a ranged attack - there are many of them.

I basically have this down cold by now, helps out a bit :)

so what moyxx means, is that to start the cast u don't have to face, but once u are casting ur char auto matically turns. but ur camera does not
