Demon's Souls Boletaria Palace 1-1 Red Eyes Knight Easy Kill Guide

Detailed video showing the easiest (in my opinion) way to take out the Red Eyes Knight found in one of the towers in Boletaria Palace 1-1. Any character of any level is capable of repeating this so just watch and be sure to listen as I give explicit directions.

This is a good way for new characters to pull a lot of souls in a short amount of time and possibly get some decent drops early on as well.

Hang on, I just went to try this but there is a portcullis on the door to the tower. Do you open it from inside or what?

@fearghal10 Yes, it will happen naturally as you progress through the level. It's a shortcut. You also get the Cling Ring from a corpse in between the gates.

how do you get the key to the huge door past the red eye knight? i beat the whole game and have never figured that out?

@abovethuniverse Ostrava will give it to you in 1-4 or drop it once he is defeated. It's the Mausoleum key IIRC.

@Kororocks12 The dragons moving away is a tendency event resulting from white world tendency. They'll return if your world tendency becomes black (e.g., by dying in world 1 in human form). Just a heads up.
