Staying on top of your game is about supporting people to be the best they can be in all parts of their lives. We are all managing many demands in life; work, finances, relationships, and trying to "stay on top of our game" can be stressful and challenging. Here are some strategies to keep you in peak mental condition.
Remind yourself of the people who are special to you and think of ways to make them a priority in your life. Connect with others in your community and meet new people by getting involved, volunteer or join a club. Get to know your neighbours, even if you just smile at them and say hello If you notice someone else may need a friend, reach out to them.

Take time for reflection, maybe write in a personal journal. Share your thoughts and feelings with others and be open to receiving their feedback.
Try new things that take you out of your comfort zone. Indulge yourself sometimes. Speak up and stand up for yourself.

Maintain a healthy body weight through balanced diet and exercise that's right for you. Drink only in moderation. If you smoke or do drugs, replace these activities with healthier ones, such as gardening or other hobbies.

Use resources available to you to help with financial planning, such as a financial advisor or online tools. Create a budget that includes a savings plan. Become aware of and take advantage of opportunities to save money (Coupons, reimbursement programs etc). Low income people can access community services to help with costs of living (subsidy programs, food resources, community centers etc).

Regularly demonstrate to your partner that you understand and care for them. Allow your partner to speak their mind and listen carefully and non-judgementally. Encourage your partner to enjoy their own seperate interests, friends and activities. Always be open and honest with your partner. Make time to laugh and have fun together.

Take time to get to know your collegues at work and in your industry. Consider finding a mentor in someone you admire to further your career goals. Make sure your manager and others are aware of your strengths and interests. Show initiative at work (ask how you might help with challenges facing your manager or organization and ask to be involved in projects and new roles that will develop your skills.)

Set priorities and make life goals, and rank them in order of importance to you. Make time to pursue your passions and interests. Set aside time every day to be by yourself and relax. Get invovled in your community, your work and your relationships. You'll be glad you did.
