  • my only problem is that it's a pain to slide in the tab, and I still cannot do it. Any tips? or HELP?

  • @IBMscarface11 which tab are you referring to? try sliding in one side, then clip in the opposite end

  • @SeanBallaWaller1 yes heat gun to heat away the glue, its a tedious process however, and it takes a lot of patience..

  • @Specdtuninginfo okay, any idea on the best way of going about getting them open? People are suggesting heat guns, putting them in the oven, etc. I just want to make sure i dont damage or crack the lens or damage anything

  • @SeanBallaWaller1 Sorry to not answer your question from before, but yes, the headlights can be opened.. just remember to use a sealant to prevent future particles from entering

  • @Specdtuninginfo Just double checked. there are like a dozen or so very small nicks on the surface of the headlights, and that is noticeable wit the lights off. But when i turn the lights on there's definitely dust on the inside..

  • @SeanBallaWaller1 you mean its showing inside your headlight housing? it probably isnt dust but scratch marks on the headlight itself which looks like dust.

  • Is it possible to take out the entire light housing/case for the main lights on a 07 mustang. do i need to remove the bumper for this. Im trying to get inside the light because theres a lot of dust which shows when my lights are on

  • Great tutorial.
