@EpiquestGame Actually, Russo was there. He hadn't made it to the top of the booking order yet, but he and Ferrera had a lot of input into in the early days. Jerry Jarrett was the man in charge at the time and was keeping them reigned in as best he could, but Jerry would be gone by the end of the year and Russo was in like flynn (sadly enough.)

I love how Ferrera was at ringside defending the stupid gimmick. "They are passing judgment on a tag team they have never seen." They weren't passing judgment on the team, just the ludicrous penis entendre that they were meant to be.
