Can someone please! help me im dying here, there are so many gun laws left and right i just dont know how im gonna get my first gun im 17 my dad is willing to let me get a Ruger 10/22 .22LR rifle for my first basic plinker. And i dont know were to start on this confusing road, Way to many laws how can i do this legally without getting in any sort of trouble in the state of Michigan? i mean it says No to getting a permit, registry, license, and so on but are family shooting area is in Ohio.

Your first step would be to turn 18. You can't legally own a gun in Michigan until you are of age. Next would be to go buy one and don't lie on the questionaire. You can buy long guns anytime, but pistols require a permit to purchase. Have your dad go with you to tge gun store so they understand your not just a kid buying a gun to do something you shouldn't.

It is videos such as this that make gun owners look ridiculous or unstable. As I watch this video, I cannot help to question whether this video was made solely for the purpose of making gun owners look bad. This video was conveniently used in the political debates a few years ago as well. A more ridiculous video couldnt have been made for such an event. It REEKS of gun-control agenda, through and through. I am sure you brought a proud smile to the gun-control puppet masters.

Now see I call my truck my baby and when it comes down to it, all my truck does is provide me with transportation. That gun can help him protect himself, hi family and his property. Seems like that gun is alot more important than my truck, so it stands to reason if he is called crazy, I should be crazier.
