  • hyper power speed booster master of disaster =P

  • The engine burned "fuel rich" because in addition to regenerative cooling, the interior of the combustion chamber was sprayed with fuel as an added precaution. Hard start notwithstanding, this engine was fired 9 times and is still intact. the longest duration burn was 52 seconds.

  • holy shit it shock the ground

  • that womans whooo makes me cringe, you could strip paint with a whoo like that!

  • look, it worked didnt it ? It made thrust did it not ? Well then. Have you even got a rocket no ? Is your account closed yeah . Gutted.

  • It also looks like the motor has had a hard start upon ignition. Startchaser may want to investigate coaxial pintle type injectors to get around issues of instabilities caused by simple impinging jet schemes.

  • Not a real good firing, you can see fuel rich zones in the expansion zone. Also transient instabilities and sputters, this is common of LOX/ Hydrocarbon motors using simple double or triplet type shower head injectors. They work okay for small motors but don't scale well, and will lead to technical stalemate. You should investigate co-axial pintle injectors.
