I was looking at Bluebeaverbeer and he doesn't use efies either.. instead of that he uses like a box fan control.. you know..low/ med / high to control his cell. Cool idea, huh?

Is there some device when adjusting the EFIE that can be used to tell where you are at? When you adjust it back from where it stumbles, how do you know at what point is safe and not running to lean even though it may not be stumbling?

i like the bolt upgrades a lot, what size are the brass bolts? they look to be about 1/4" you say you drove 150A through them with no heat? Thats interesting.. not like SS it appears, that was my knock on them.
Hey BTW welcome to the Neighborhood, Im in Pasadena, CA.. right next to you, maybe we can meet sometime, Im a cell builder too.. I will pm you my info!
thanks

I was able to advance my timing another 8 degrees for a total af 17deg static advance. That went against my prediction. If the cell is turned off it detonates itself to death. The hho in the mix totally changes the burn of petrol. The hho allowing for timing advance raised cylinder pressure which increased mpg. Its not the hho itself, its how hho changes the fuel burn. This is what I see and am concluding. Not fact. Just results of my tests.

Thats the plan..... actually a pumped up 4bt, I have the 6bt in the dually for towing...... a wicked 4bt is plenty and mpg is awesome. besides the 4bt wont kill my suspension or trans. gonna get a newer independent 4wd for the wife for swap.. she hates the solid axle ride LOL

lets see...you have access to a laser cutter and use "high grade steel" and that suburban...wow i hope its the sentimental value...i got two old trucks 87 f150, 90 isuzu i would let you borrow for a year. they both have air , manual shift, ac and no smoke. efies are not "dangerous". fathom further on that nonsense. you can easily get it to trim while floating above where its calling for...which is more petrol...you know the pw of the ecu thats sucks the wallet? besides that old clunker dont care

Not sentimental but proly the safest rig on the road for my family. Anyone has access to laser cutter you gotta look. efie can be dangerous if the user dont understand it. set your efie to .5-.6 and enjoy 30-40% on your rigs. then call me in 6 month complaining about burned pistons. They can be usefull to a knowlegable tuner but not the average joe. The vehicles today run rich for multiple reasons. if a company made them run max mpg anf fuel curves right off the bat....

They would be on the ragged edge of self destruction. what happens when your injectors start to degrade or get partially clogged? the comp cant see that. Basically they are set a little rich for a buffer zone. When you use efie it puts them out of that buffer. So one day when your fuel pump decides to put out 5-10 psi less that it should do to age you have just melted stuff. The buffer zone is engineered in for these instances. by all means go use efie's just be carefull

and what better test bed to test mpg than the biggest heaviest family truck on the road. Its all in the plan.
