Kurama's Broken Hearted Dream

Inspiration: The way my Dad put so much feeling into the song when he sings it really made my mind give a story for why there was feeling. When I heard this being sung by my Dad, I almost cried. When I sang it with him, I did cry. Now when I hear it I cry, this song is very heart-touching. I wouldn't have made such a detailed video, but a plot got stuck in my mind and I couldn't shake it off. This is the story I came up with.

The Background Story isn't necessary, but it does add depth and sadness.

Story of the video:

Kurama had fallen in love with Botan, but even after he saw her dying soul leave and seeing her dead body, he couldnt let her go. Dreaming night after night of her smiling face and bubbly attitude, he would wake up broken hearted again, forced to realize her death. Kurama is singing a song he composed about Botan and how much he misses her. He remembers her smile and bright eyes that would always glimmer in the night, and how she comes to him in his dreams sometimes crying and missing him, and sometimes smiling brightly. As the months go by, Kurama slowly but surely reverts into a more reserved and ruthless person than he used to be. Only when hes in his dreams with Botan is he happy, so he offers to give her roses while hes asleep, hoping that perhaps shed stay into his waking hours if but for a moment to smile at him again. He sheds tears as he once again realizes the reality of her death. Kurama takes a lily to her grave, and spends the rest of the gray day with his friends who also miss the spirited ferry girl. As he is leaving the cemetery, he looks back in anguish, not wanting to leave his dreams in the morning, and above the temple in the night sky, Botans smiling face looks down on him.
