AFSCME. What a bunch of hypocrites. While they pretend to care about overtime pay, they will not pay one cent towards overtime for their own employees! Also: they LOVE to bust their own employees staff unions. They LOVE to put illegal clauses in staff employee union contracts.
Then, after they rammed it up their own employees asses, they LOVE to pretend they care about working people.
HYPOCRITES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best lesson I have taught AFSCME was practicing what I preached. You have to be willing to sacrifice if necessary for what you believe in. AFSCME (my employer) doesn't give me anything. That was back in the days I worked without a union contract.

The video is about workers banding together against management and it just happens to be an AFSMCE affiliate. The answer is to organize a strong staff union. I support all workers rights. I want respect so I give respect and do not confuse work with members of the union with the problems I have encountered with my employer (who just happens to be a union).
