@krisachar with all due respect, this is improper pruning. You should only remove dead fronds and fruits from palms. Another youtube video showing how NOT to do a palm correctly.

How does he reach in there when that thing has like 8" spikes all over the bases of the frawns? I've gotten gored many times with mine, I use a pole trimmer and chain saw. Is there a reason to remove the seed pods, I just wait until they are the same level as the branches I'm trimming....are you doing it for looks? Thanks!
