Definitely not a fail. He meant the rest of april would be free so you start paying in may. I'm sure there's a contract involved but he wouldn't mention that on the message because he's a salesman and he knows that customers don't like the word contract. He's probably called 100 other people that day and decided to start getting creative and playing around on his msgs.

ok guys, "Ben" was referring to a promotional offer where you start for nothing which means no deposit/money down/initiation and then you have that FIRST month free. then the RESt of the month would be "cheap."

i think mainly because why would anyone re-join a gym for one month. he said get big and buff, in a month? i don't think so. also he said it'd be very cheap, when firstly he said it would be free!
i think its just a catalogue of errors from the guy.
