  • @LLVynterchilld Yeah it's really good. Funny thing is, I watched this movie as a kid and I never noticed the ludicrous accent before.

  • @alphatotheomega7 It's funny that I've heard about James Mason through Eddie Izzard xD...I suppose you did too, no? Eddie does a decent impression of him... :)

  • Dear Global Friends,

    Part 1..

Probably it may be true in other parts of its meaning. As 20,000 leagues is equivalent to nearly 60,000 miles.

Probably it is an invention of a great submarine that travelled around the globe in 60,000 miles under the sea.

If it is 60,000 miles deep inside the sea, then this submarine will be squeezed into unrecognisable tiny size.

For example, one ton of metal will be squeezed into roughly one pound per square inch.

to be continued in Part 2

  • continued......Part 2.

There may be extremely hot and cold temperatures in between these spheres.

So how can human beings survive with high compressed pressures and extreme temperatures ?

Probably the writer would like to express the wonders of nature that human beings are unable to conquer,

same as in outer space. Human beings have a limited knowledge, capability and resources to overcome the unlimited of nature.

    END....

  • Wow this guy sounds just like Eddie Izzard.

  • The entire "You call that murder?!?" scene is one of the most brilliant ever. It's actually harder to analyze than it seems, especially since James Mason's depiction is the perfect balance between controlled emotion and deep-seated grief - while still maintaining borderline madness driven by revenge, but doing it with absolute cool. Only James Mason could pull off that kind of interpretation of that particular scene.

  • No One But James Mason could have Played the Role of Captain Nemo to the Hilt like he did.

He Fit that Part like a Glove. Similar to the Way You know who Fit the Role of Captain James T. Kirk.

  • Haha, have you guys seen Steve Coogan do his voice in The Trip? Nailed it.

  • 2:47 onward is my favorite part! xD
