Produced when Larry Heard was at his 'musically best'...not that he isn't any worse now. Ron Wilson, the so-called 'quiet' member of Fingers Inc. and a great vocalist too!. Came out around the same time as Kriss Coleman's "Shine". An all time classic Chicago track.
good point it does sound kinda like a garage track, but that probably because its of that guy robert owens i suppose, everything he does sounds more garage styled

IMHO more of a soulful garage track than a "house" track.
