Newfoundland Sea Trout

During a recent trip home to St. John's for a friend's wedding, I was able to get a day fishing at one of my old fishing holes. This is a small cove in St. John's about 5 minutes for my parents house. I was able to catch a couple trout and see a couple unexpected visitors.

Hi TheFishJunkie, as I watched this video i began thinking that the whole scene looked really familiar, like I was there or something.... then, suddenly, my suspicians were confirmed when I actually appeared in the video. thanks for the tips that evening. i'm planning on going after the sea trout this weekend atctually. I was browsing yhoutube for some hints when I came accross this. peace!

That's funny. April/May is the best time for sea trout in Newfoundland. The Gut is always good but I hear Bay Bulls is where to get the monster browns.
