2. If the way to access the data from this person's computer is by logging into your site, that means that you have all this info stored for yourselves... What if this person accesses his ebanking accounts?? Wouldn't that mean that you guys will be able to log in there and do whatever you want with his $ right?

1. How do you send the module (.exe file...) by email to someone who is meant NOT to realize someone wants to spy on him, and have him go ahead and run the .exe file???
I mean, would you run a .exe file that was emailed to you??? I don't think so...
