Man it's good you have decided to do something and lose weight I have recently chosen to do the same you're a bit bigger then me I'm 286Lb (130Kg) and 6'3 so I'm still pretty big but I'm on my second week of weight loss, my first weeks weight loss was 8Lb (3Kg) which I'm pretty happy about and as for your 15Lb (Apprx 7Kg) is achievable and doable cause of your current weight, but wont be sustainable good luck any questions just ask remember to much weight in a short time is unhealthy :)
