Glad to hear that you do it the strict way as well, this way of training compliments both lifts. I just get a bit peeved when people say they can press this and that and it turns out to be a push press. Sorry but am an x competitive lifter or if you like a bit of a pain, bet you`ve had a go at that nice round figure of 200, keep injury free see ya.

Impressive but it`s not a one hand press it`s a one hand PUSH press. A one hand press is done with the knees locked no DIPPING . Try 120lbs with the knees locked when the bar is at the shoulder and just press keeping the shoulders parallel with the floor( no sideways lean)

It is a one hand overhead push press.
Tried the 120# dumbbell strict press,as recommended by several old school strongmen. Knees locked, heels together, etc. No problem.

How the hell does that dumbell weigh 180# when my dumbell loaded with the same amount of metal weighs just 90 lbs.?

It is idioticly simple...Each big plate is 25# and there are 6 of them,Two 10# plates, bar with collars weighs 12lbs...Total over 180lbs.
