Flood 2011: West Corners Floods

On Wednesday, September 7, 2011 as the Susquehanna River was rising the Nanicoke Creek in West Corners, NY (a part of Endicott) overflowed its banks. By that after there was no way into the area and the neighborhoods had been evacuated. This video is from around 4:30 PM that afternoon as the flood waters flowed down the creek.
