Does that mean that one has to eat bitter melon for the rest of your life? Im on Metaformin and I am very interested in juicing and all the benefits..could you perhaps mix it with fruit to make it taste better or is fruit totally out of the question? Thank you very much for posting this, very inspiring! x

@grvonny juicing helps you get more vegetables/fruit/herbs into your diet without having to chew for so long. that being said it is also important to eat solid food for fiber

i drink juice bittermelon everyday.
before every morning i test the strip 148-158 .
after drink juice bittermelon,my blood now 110 i hope for the future iam niot eat metformin again.
every day i make juice 3 indian bittermelon.

@mrboppman1 Its always been known within some asian community that Bitter Melon treats Diabetes. Just how he says in the video, you can either make it into a drink or drink the bitter melon roots (herbs). But trust me, its very bitter. To answer your question, my uncle is now diabetic free.
