rawbrasstrumpets.com I restore and repair trumpets. This one was a full restoration dent work, lacquer removal, brushed finish, valve lapping, and thin layer of gold lacquer. I like the raw brass look and benefits more but check my website for more info.

  • I use a few different methods to remove the lacquer. For removing scratches it all depends what surface the scratches are on. Lacquer, silver, nickle, gold.

  • @ShowinYaHow Thanks soo much! :D

  • @ilikewiigames I believe it is the Haydn Trumpet Concerto in Eb. Very fun to play.

  • What is the song in the background?!?!?!? please let me know

  • How do I remove a colored lacquer (from a colored trumpet) without removing the trumpets "Original lacquer".

  • how can you remove scratches from a trumpet at home?? or do i have it take it to a restoring person??

  • @TheMagicMelodys -- boil in water with baking soda. Safer than using paint remover.

  • How do you unlacquer something

  • now that sounds like wynton playing in the background. is it?

  • Pretty.

Good choice in the music, too. :)
