This video looks at some of the more practical applications of Wing Chun. This includes Self defence, Padwork, Wing Chun Vs other styles of fighting and Chi Sau. Part of the Sam Kwok Martial Arts Association.

  • @hentajus yes when we hit we use force (that way it hurts your attacker more) When blocking however its best to deflect and re-direct their attacks, especially if their are bigger and or stronger

  • Great Video. As a police officer, I find WC very useful. Works alot better for me than any other martial art that I have trained in. i.e Muay Tai, Wushu, Boxing. Fast, effective and does exactly what your video says it does.
