I think he answered that pretty eloquently, considering he has to walk on eggshells for the sake of not saying anything to arouse a violent reaction from either country. This response was way more substantial than any Bush ever provided.

I'm missing the "stumped" part. It's an open ended, moronic, and multi-faceted question with an open ended answer. There is no answer, thus you get nothing but dialogue. Who else is addressing that moron in the DPRK? Nobody...that's what I thought.

North Korea only way for it to change is to have a revolution which can't happen since the people are barely able to survive as it is, and those that do "live" are loyalist most likely thus useless for change. A even longer shot is a change of power which means everyone in power their must be thrown out, from political to military people, thus do a true purge of the ranks, but without military forces of any kind.
