  • for sure he sings better than otis!

  • Simply the best...

  • @poetryselite Speak the truth and shame the devil ! Musically, David was 'the truth'.

  • Love this song. David Ruffin was the man. Love his music. Thanks for posting this

  • Man David Ruffin has so many gems of poetical vocals that definitely stimulates and soothes the mind. David Ruffin was/is one of the rare musicians that actually caused people to adopt the same feelings he was relayin on the track. If David was singin about love, one would just feel LOVE, if David was singin about pain, one would most definitely feel the pain... like in "I Let Love Slip Away" and "I Miss You". May David Ruffin truly rest in peace... they'll never be another.

  • OMG! NEver heard this before! David can always bring a tear to my eye.

  • @DandJRuffin Thanks. I thought all the unreleased David stuff came out, but I was wrong.

  • @travelinman Hi! Yes, it is on the Cellarful of Motown Vol. 4 -- a fellow David Ruffin fan *smiles just found that out.

  • @DandJRuffin Are serious!?! That is my favorite too! I play it all the time. I like them all, but that one stands out.
